Of course I always remain a kind of ‘petrolhead’ and active in photographing cars and motorcycles.

Car photography is so much more than just cars.

For me it is mainly about people, the experience of the individual.
About design, innovations in utensils, the ability to dream, progress and the enjoyment of speed.

The world of mobility is a people business. Portraying the CEOs of the major car brands Renault, Saab, BMW is a challenge

For Carros magazine, a high-quality car magazine with editor-in-chief Carlo Brantsen and editorial ‘driving force’ automotive journalist David Bakels.

I was a permanent image maker for Carros magazine from the very beginning in 1996, for 15 years.

In this role I photographed for the most beautiful car manufacturers from Germany, Italy and yes, the USA.(Cadillac, Corvette)

My particular passion for cars and motorcycles is probably an innate passion stimulated by my father, but I certainly don’t live with the virus of speed alone.
Inspiration for art and luxury lifestyle comes from mothers side…

Our innocent years of roaring V6-V8 engines have changed enormously in the car world.
‘Sustainability’ is a modern catch word and in a few years we will only be forced into driving electric or hydrogen-powered cars.

However, that will also require a passionate photographer to take special photos.

We are open for business and firmly believe in telling visual stories about real people and machines.
